*Domestic installation

*Installation of unit is at ground level

*Existing Hot & Cold water pipework is within 1 metres of proposed location

*Suitable power supply available/ Existing Gas pipework is within 1 metres and to be at least 19mm diameter (NG)

*Price does not include Tempering Valve

*Installation to take place within Sydney metro, Blue Mountains or Southern Highlands areas.

*Removal and disposal of appliances being replaced

On Site charges will be applied for extra materials and labour if the installation does not meet the above conditions.
