Go to the gas connection section on the home page and fill out your residential details and contact information and we’ll advise you within 72 hours

How often should I get my gas heater serviced?

We recommend every 2 years for low to mid use. Annually for high use of heating appliances.

If I get my heater or hot water services and a part is required are you able to fix at the same time?

Our service tradespeople carry a vast range of heating and hot water parts and unless if it a major bulky part we are confident we’ll fix your appliance 1st time.

How long does the warranty last?

They vary from appliance to appliance. All warranty information is on the information pack provided by the manufacturer

Do I call Jordans or the Manufacturer for warranty issues?

Always call the manufacturer on warranty items as all service providers will have to charge for a service call if you go direct.Luckily Jordans is also the Warranty service provider for many manufacturers.

Why should I pay a service fee if I called the manufacturer for a warranty issue?

The manufacturers will advise that if the unit/appliance is not in warranty you will be charged a service fee to fix the non-warranty issue

How can I pay?

Jordans Home Heating accepts Cash & all major credit cards including Visa, Masrtercard, GE Finance Cards at site. We also accept bank transfers but proof of money being sent is required prior to leaving site.

Can I get finance or Lay-Buy for my appliance purchase?

Yes – we offer you the J-Pay solution. No Interest Ever Take Home Now Lay-Buy Plan. We can arrange this at site when we quote you, in our Retail outlets in Springwood, Narellan & Bowral as well as over the phone. The whole process takes 10-15 minutres for approval. Our J-PAY Product is supplied through Certegy.
